A self-proclaimed “mood-eater,” Executive Chef Brandon Walukas has been cooking up savory plates for Spice of Life Catering Co. for the past 3 years. Brandon has always enjoyed the process of transforming his dishes with the seasons, as different varieties of fruits and vegetables become available.
